ModelScams.uk is a fully independent, non-profit organisation that frequently reviews and investigates feedback from individuals who have experienced model scams. We aim to help aspiring models stay safe in the industry. Our service is provided by volunteer industry professionals and our costs are underwritten by private sponsorship. All comment and content within this site should not be deemed as the opinion of any one individual or company but based on general feedback from multiple sources.

WHO is on our 'Name & Shame' naughty list and why??

The scam companies often have very convincing and professional websites, avoiding the law with clever use of wording and 'small print' Terms & Conditions - praying on the dreams and hopes of those who fall in to their clutches.

Don't just take our word for it...

The following is not a comprehensive list but has been compiled based on the feedback of third parties who have visited or experienced the organisations in question and the names of these companies should not be confused with genuine websites or companies of a similar name;

IMPORTANT NOTE: We believe that some of the scam sites have intentionally been set-up using names to confuse people who may be searching for a genuine business.

Examples; The real 'Top Model' (Model Search) is at www.topmodel.co.uk and www.topmodeluk.com and 'Younique' is a well-known make-up brand and a similar name to a Photographic Studio based in East London.
